Mural Completion

The Mural is entitled "Wall of Honor". It was done in a style after Diego Rivera and MC Escher to honor the memory of Mrs. Edith deJongh Woods, former CAHS Art Educator, art history instructor, and artist/illustrator, who passed away in August, 2005. She was head of the Art Dept. in 1977 and  retired in 1983. She was also a avid preservationist who wrote and illustrated the book Three Royal 3 Quarters of the Town of Charlotte Amalie. The dedication  took place after tributes were paid to her memory by her family and close friend.  Former Honorable Gov. Roy L. Schneider was also in attendance.
